Still a murky area as far as the law is considered and needs to be cleaned up, but the response contains very sound logic from our current AG.

Thanks everyone! I had learned a lot more about this by reading the provided articles in your links. Just as a new carrier wanted to make sure what the exact law was other than coming from my old instructor who obviously didn't know what he was talking about.
