One other option you might consider is the Aero Precision OEM 5.56 rifle sold at Brownells. Its almost a complete rifle, but it still needs a buttstock and handguard. The biggest plus I see is that It saves you the hassle of swapping out the gas block, since this one already comes with a low profile version. You do have to buy a buttstock, but the cost is relatively the same as a LP gas block and you were already gonna add a free float quad rail.

Might be the cheapest and easiest route if you are definitely going to add a quad rail.
