I have not experienced any bullet creep. I use Remington brand ammo for that round. I guess I don't think it has too bad of a recoil. Of course I don't go to the range and shoot piles of the round either. Too expensive for that. Usually start the range trip with the carry rounds I have in the gun and then move to cheaper ammo. When I compare it to my friend's S&W 340 that shoots full 357 magnum loads it's mild. That one is snappy!

I like my SCCY CPX2.. It's cheap & rough around the edges, but goes bang every time.

Ruger LCP .380 as a BUG or for convenience as situation dictates.

I CCW a G-26. I can pocket carry it with the Vanguard Trigger guard but it is abit chunky.

If I know that I am really going to pocket carry - we have several S&W J-frames - and there is no comparison between the J-frames and the G-26. And I have my old Colt Mustang in 380, but it's a 380....

But 5 rounds for the Smiths.......

If I'm feeling frisky I can attempt to take my wife's Sig P-938. However that is a risky move as she is quite protective of her pistol(s). She is liable to go and buy her another Sig or Kimber (not a bad thing).... I have been taking her to hold the G-43's but...- she is partial to having a manual safety since she purse carries..... I have been trying to get her to swap to on body carry - I like the asthetics of the Sig in her garter belt holster....but I digress.....I know that we need pics .....but she is too good of a shot....

However, since I rarely pocket carry it is really a non issue. I prefer to have the G-26 and a spare 17 round mag...or two...day in and day out.

Summary for pocket carry if and when I choose to do so. Ranked from 1st to last preference
1) Sig P-938
2) S&W J-frame
3) Colt Mustang (380) - Can't see it in back pocket of Wranglers
4) G-26

For me - I can't remember the last time I went out with anything other than the G-26.

Main thing is to carry.

M&P Shield is my go to when I need a small pistol. I don't do much pocket carry because I am not comfortable with bulky objects in my pockets. Even with a small gun I prefer a IWB holster.

Same here. Despite the bulk, it works fine in cargo shorts, as well as in most of my jeans. Sometimes the stocks are visible, so I do it with an untucked shirt.

Bought a New PM9, after I sold my last one, but decided .380 is too easy to conceal, hot, cold, light clothes, heavy clothes. Sweats, Jogging pants...etc...

and my brother says he can definitely "feel" his P938, in lighter clothes... so I decided against 9mm for carry.

Might get another M&P BG just to have something to alternate to

My all-time favorite was my Taurus 85CH loaded with winchester silvertip +p .38 spcl. No snags, always functioned and surprisingly as accurate as my 4" revolver at 25 yards. A great sentimental loss as it had been in two shootings with me. Sadly, I lost it in the wreck that put me in a coma. Pretty sure someone swiped it. I am still looking for an exact replacement. Since then I carried a Ruger LCP, felt under-powered and traded it for an XD subcompact .40. Thats a nice pocket gun too however, I also ended up buing a Taurus 738 TCP .380 for when I can't conceal the XD. I've always been a firm believer in a tiny gun is better than no gun. In my current daily routine the .380 gets more pocket time that the .40. It's been a brisk 94 degrees all week, But I don't have to tell anybody that now, do I?

Never liked pocket carry. Tried 938, Colt mustang, PF9 and Xds. not for me.

However laugh if you want but I do carry a NAA .22 mag holster grip every day.

Glock 43 9mm in a BORAII holster

Over the last decade I have carried a SW 442, kahr pm9, glock 27, glock 26, ruger lc9, SW shield 9mm and glock 43. The glock 43 has the best overall intersection of conceal ability, ability to draw from a pocket, convenience, shoot ability and reliability.

Pocket carry is a trade off. Guns that shoot well frequently are to bulky to conceal well or take up so much of the pocket that they are hard to draw. Guns that conceal well frequently don't shoot well. Fortunately the glock 43 is at the perfect intersection of pocket carry criterion.
