I agree with C-Dub. If I see 30.06, I take it to mean no carry at all. If you open carry, best case they ask you to leave, worst case you get the cops called on you because they don't know that 30.07 is a different sign and the cops show up and they ask you to leave.

I just wonder if these places with 30.06 only have posted the new signs with reference to LTC vs CHL or are these just residual old 30.06 signs. One of my local hospitals still has the old 30.06 and has not posted a new one or a 30.07.

If that's the case, I might CC there but wouldn't OC as to draw attention to their out-of-compliance sign.
