Maybe not all of them, but many do. They are heavily reported on texas3006.com.
The TGI Friday's that wife & I frequent, is posted 30.07 only. I check every time I go in there & that's the only sign I see. It's the one in Lincoln Square @ Collins & I-30 in Arlington.

I think the point is that the sign is positioned so that you only see it on the way out.
Posting of that sign has no bearing on a LTC.
He (nor I) didn't say that it did. He was just commenting on the placement of the sign.
