:iagree: Parole for homicide in his early thirties. Did he go in as a teenager?
The article says that he was given an 18 year sentence in 2004. In a separate article that I read, it said that he had been given additional time for promoting a gang while in the jail. Now, he won't be a problem again. The gov is all about shorter sentences so look for more of these.

The best part is that the gov. thinks that training and rehabilitation help released prisoners - but slashed the funds on the rehab program. That is real dedication to purpose.

This guy definitely should not be out among humans. I sure hope they keep him in his cage this time.
