Ummm.... there were 6 seasons of Longmire.
If you don't have Netflix there's only two.
No, A&E did 3... and just because you don't have Netflix doesn't mean that they don't exist. The DVDs for the seasons produced by Netflix are also available.

I watched Yellowstone, kinda silly watching a helicopter fly a few feet above a convoy of cars, I don’t think a good pilot would do that, but looks dramatic.
Acting was just so so.
Don’t think I’ll be watching another episode.

It is another night time Soap just like Dallas.
That's too bad. The trailer looked interesting. Oh well. Bosch reruns tonight then.

I watched about half of it before deleting that episode and the timer set to record the series. Not my cup of tea.

We love the Yellowstone, Big Sky Country and the rest of the mountain west and usually enjoy a Kevin Costner performance. These negative comments shall not defer us from watching, once I escape this confinement.

It's reason enough to get Netflix for a month or two and watch it :)

I watched Yellowstone last night. Wasn't bad but I'll give it an episode or two more till I pass judgement.

Finally got around to watching it last night. It was okay. Some may call me a prude, but it would have been a lot better without the sex and at least some of the language they used.
Just another night time soap though.

:iagree: Costner's daughter's character is just not believable. Just some over the top Hollywood caricature - of course no screaming protest regarding the gratuitous sex and filthy language from left wingers on that one.

I got a 4 hours leave and watched a couple hours (?) of the premiere before I had to get back to the hospital for more antibiotics. Not much more cussing and sex than in other nighttime adult TV series - although we really could have done without what there was.

We've been blessed with 5 full summers in that neighborhood and love the scenery and most of the local people. I'm not a professional movie critic; therefore, we are not quite ready to give up on the series just yet.

On leave from the hospital yesterday, Mrs. Oldgringo and I watched the remainder of the first segment and decided to record the next. We understand the age old plot and decided to keep on recording the series. If the acting, plot, language, etc. is offensive, turn off the sound and just enjoy the setting and the scenery, eh? We really don't care for the commercial interruptions!

Our days are numbered, I think we'll head back up that way next summer, for the summer, Lord willin'.
