Im surprised they are taking so long to issue permits now. I wonder if they did away with the practice of issuing pending the background checks.
Actually, with my license came a letter that it was issued pending a good report from the FBI. Doesn't really make a lot of sense, does it? Why issue the license if the back ground check has not come back?

Total of 89 days to receive my UTAH CFP
Mailed out the Wife's application.
Mailed: April 10th
Billed: April 17th
Wife got hers in the mail today. Total of 136 days.......time to take her shopping for her carry piece and take her to Walmart!!
