I guess mine are favorites of the moment. Each firearm I have owned had to fit a performance niche and had to be one I enjoy shooting. I have a few multiples for one reason or another. The favorite for me is the one I just shot, the one I am currently shooting or the one I expect to shoot next.

Handgun--Colt 1911 that was my Grandfathers
Rifle--Savage model 99 that was my uncles
Shotgun--Sears and Roebuck 20ga single shot that my dad gave me for my first gun in 1967
Modern firearms
Handgun--any of my 1911's
Rifle--My newest--Weatherby Vanguard 300 win mag
Shotgun--Hard to say. I only have 4 and other than what I listed above, I like them all the same.

You still have to clean Glocks. They are not impervious to carbon build up, dirt, dust, water, or anything else just like any other gun. I’ve seen Glocks Fail. Most of the time it was due to not being cleaned or limp wristing. Glocks can take a lot of punishment and go a long time usually without being cleaned but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t.

I have two favorites, both old:
Windchester model 90, .22 WRF (.22 Special) that was my Dad's. Used all through WWII on the farm for everything from rabbits to butchering.
Savage Model 99, .300 Savage. My folks gave it to me new in 1952 while in my Junior year in High School. I have shot considerable game with this rifle.
