There are 2 broad categories of "they". One is those who would be your rulers. The other is useful idiots. Some of the latter group can be fixed or "re-educated".

Thatguyoverthere, you left out:
Bans on standard capacity magazines.
Followed by bans on all semiautos and revolvers. Why would you need more than one bullet?
Then of course they will have to ban the high power, highly accurate "Sniper rifles".
