As in remove TABC, remove 51% laws, un-license everything. Imagine if people were actually allowed liberty to make / sell / do whatever someone will pay them to do? What a thought.
While I like the basic idea, I have tried to explain to my kids that governments are formed to protect us from those who would prey upon as, either by war, crime, or fraud. Read books like The Jungle by Upton Sinclair and you might agree that there needs to be some regulation.

I don't believe the direct commerce needs regulation or licensing, but the production certainly does.

I was taught that ideally, government exists for 2 reasons;
1) To prevent others from infringing on our rights.
2) To punish those who succeed in infringing on our rights.
