Finally it's here!
3/8 completed app online and sent required documents via priority mail
4/26 documents received, pending background check
4/28 background check complete, pending manufacturing
4/30 chl mailed
5/4 plastic in hands
Farewell everyone this is my last post. Just keep waiting it'll come. Those of you who submitted your app on or around 3/18 should start seeing status changes this week.

Alright so I guess I'll post one more time. Yesterday after recieving my Chl I did not go do the wally walk but rather my son and I went to the gun store. I bought a Sig P238 Equinox as my first CC weapon. We then went and had lunch at Chilis where I made a trip to the bathroom twice to double check my holster configuration. The new setup unfortunately could not have a dress rehearsal before leaving the gun store. Then we went over to the theater and watched Iron Man 3. Overall the 238 was very comfortable and I never once worried whether anyone would detect the configuration that I had. Iron Man 3 was great by the way. =D
As you folks get your new Chl you should come back and share your first carry experience.

Yes it did update on Sunday .I checked saturday and nothing

It looks like the background review and application review takes about 7 days, does that sound about right?
