Notice how Nevarez threw out a slight "threat" that how the members vote on this will effect their scorecard with the chambers of commerce.

I actually hope the house votes it down. Forget OC if it guts 30.06

I could handle the gutting of 30.06 if the criminal penalties were also removed. It would essentially become like the gunbuster signs in other states that don't carry the force of law. At least that way if you "violated" the sign, you wouldn't have to worry about a misdeameanor on your record

How could Nevarez' amendment be part of hb910? wouldn't that need to be an amendment to 30.06?
