Hi Folks......new guy here from Houston.
OFT = Oil Field Trash.
In love with the same woman for 26 years.....and if my wife ever found out about her.....she'd kill me. Just kidding.......I have a great wife (26 yrs) and 17 yo daughter.
Took the class, mailed the paper work in and am waiting.......as I assume many are. Me, I'm in no great hurry for the plastic, but I will be glad to finish the process. That way, I can justify to myself to go and buy yet another pistol….. which may be the Kimber 1911-A1 EMP 40 cal (presently coveting).
My primary home defense hand gun is the Sig 220 – 45 cal.
You folks have a good site and have enjoyed and continue to enjoy "lurking" around your site.

Ok, here's the intro , I am always uncomfortable doing these..
I am late 40s male live on a small farm northwest of Houston,
operate a high end car service shop fro 25 years in Houston
Married to the best woman a guy could ask for. Really.
Shooter, reloader, waitng on plastic to be CHL. Its been about a month.
Equipment list is extensive, CCW is subject to whims and conditions.
Combat commander, CZ Rami, Kahr,PPK/s, SP101,J frame for carry.
Other big ones for other jobs....
Still learning everyday. Thanks

Just got my CHL this week
Have a Glock 19 that I took out for the 1st time yesterday, as I work at a university and it's not allowed here, I'm not sure how I'll deal with when I take it and when it stays at home.
