Moms against guns go after Cabelas for gun background check "loophole" at Charleston SC.
Wasn't the problem with the vaunted government that they are looking to to protect us all?

Sure, but when have the facts ever mattered to the moms?
Fortunately, petitions matter about as much as facts matter to the moms looking for action.

By the way, my question was rhetorical and meant to be sarcastic.

What? You mean the government isn't actively protecting us through background checks and Flag banning?

If the rope was good enough for Saddam Hussein and his henchmen, it's good enough for this waste of space.

Only three hours of jury deliberation for a high-profile federal death sentence case. I think that tells us all we need to know about the sum of the facts in the case.

May he see his day of reckoning arrive just as expeditiously.

Wait what about the Innocence Project? How can we put someone to death when the DNA evidence might clear them years later? This is why we shouldn't have the death penalty. We can't take the chance. Besides there are so many appeals and so on that it's not an effective deterrent. President O should commute his sentence. Also he had bad home training... :mad5
