Did my 'Wally Walk' at HEB and everything went great. CHL website still says manufacturing pending. Looks like the computer update people are the ones on vacation. :fire

Packet received to plastic in hand was exactly a month!

Well, finally did the wife's Wally walk, I'm still recovering from hip surgery but she did fantastic. She used he Tommy,s gun pack, which by the way is a fantastic pack with cool safety features. The only issue is she carriers my old her new Springfield XDsc 9 and it was a slight heavy and kept hanging down further than she wanted. Used the restroom at Walmart and tightened up the belt and no problems from then on. She did a great job for her first time. We then went to a Mexican restaurant for lunch, check for signs and they had the unlicensed carry sign, so we went in and had lunch, all while she was carrying. So now she has that one under her belt now so once I can get around it will be my turn. So thanks to all whom supported us through the horrendous waiting period and now one down and one to go. Good luck to the rest of you waiting on the license, somehow, sometime, somewhere, IT WILL SHOW UP. :biggrinjester:

Congrats Bro! The website is still showing my finger prints and BGC are still "under review". I've got my fingers crossed that my progress is further along than the website shows.

Be safe!

Well, my packet was received and my fingerprints and background check are still under review. I called today, and she sounded suprised and said it should be farther along then it is. She said something about the FBI not receiving the prints yet. She did some request to see what the hold up was and either everything will go through soon, the prints will be rejected, or I will get a letter stating the problem. What a pain.
