What is OSLT? Is this the source as to why the accounts have been suspended?

I'm sure everyone will sleep better tonight knowing you can noodle now without receiving a $500.00 fine.
They should be back on the floor around 3:00pm today.

SB 1581 now ...#SB1581 also postponed until 3:30PM.... but discussing the 2-subject rule point of order
and discussing time ... and how long it takes to argue here, send to Senate, make a committee who can agree, send back to House ...

I move to suspend the regular order of business to take up and consider CHL 1: Having RPB and the rest of the forum call and fax and explain the germane-ness (germanity?) of the "amendment" they wish to debate to the powers that be.

3rd reading in House of SB 23 .... Rep John Zerwas wants to add Amendment ... which is actually a Senate Bill ... SB7 as an amendment to SB 23
(hmmmm) let's repeat with SB 354/SB 5.
probably needed to pre-file that amendment

The only problem is that SB 7 passed. 354 didn't. Don't know if that makes a difference.
I was thinking-
treat private universities like private businesses- -they MUST let everyone know by 30.06 signs on every entrance to every building.

Heck, and follow that up requiring metal detectors and armed guard if they want to ban (legal) handguns. And/or liability to the private business/universities for the consequences to defenseless individuals of any criminal behavior on the premises.

No video feed here. I'm lost.
SB 1581 is a higher education bill dealing with finances. It has the campus carry amendment attached to it. A Point Of Order (POO) was called on it when it was in the Senate and it was determined to be germane because Zaffarini's amendment made this one germane. Now the SB is in the House and there's a POO there on if Campus Carry is germane. Right?
And the bill is supposed to be heard today. Now. Right?
So what is going on/has happened that I haven't followed?
