I'm in a similar spot with them. Any update on what you got? Did they notify you of the error at all with an option to cancel the order or proceed with the new price? I started a thread here with those questions: viewtopic.php?f=23&t=70451#p874819

Does this happen often with them? If it's a pattern, a case could be made that they are engaging in deceptive practices.

Are you folks saying they sold you 1000 rounds for 5.74... total!??? Wow, if they did and actually send it, that would be quite the screw up on their part. I thought you were excited about 5.74 per box which is why I posted the link I did.

Well sold and received are different things - I've yet to have any communication with them...including notification of shipment

You guys didn't actually expect to get ammo for half a cent per round? To order at that price guessing it was a typo and hoping you could shame the company into honoring the typo price is somewhat dishonest, don't you think?
Now, if you called to verify the price and they said it was a typo but would honor it anyway, that's different. I'm looking to pay a fair price for merchandise. Someone trying to take advantage of someone's mistake bothers me about as much as someone over inflating prices.

I was in the Walmart in Southlake/Carroll area off TX-114 earlier today. They had all the ammo you wanted as long as it was Federal .45 or the red box (American Eagle, I think) .38. Same prices as Walmart charges everywhere else. No .22, 9mm, .40 or any other.

They wouldn't get ANY of my business. Academy in Conroe has 333 packs of Winchester for $15 and 50 round boxed of Remington Subsonic 22 for $3.50. I was in there yesterday to get some 30-30 and saw they had quite a bit.

Anyone have a lead on .22 LR?
