Fox reporter on-site says she has confirmed that John Podesta is coming to speak, and that Hillary Clinton will not make an appearance tonight.

I'll give you 50:1 that she will not concede anytime in the next several hours, but will wait for recounts for any real announcement. Her "surrogate" is taking the podium telling the crowd they will wait a little longer and that will will be no other statement tonight. That everybody should head home and get some sleep.
