Yep. If the bill passes in its current form you can't record them without their knowledge but they can record you without your knowledge. Not so good.

Well we made some awesome headway earlier today but we're stuck on the endless amendment offerings to SB19. :grumble

Eta I'm not sure I can keep watching this bill through to failure and retain my sanity. I may have to sign off all electronic devices and run out into the woods in solidarity for a couple of days. :willynilly:

Why so pessimistic?

These last minute bills take a lot of finessing. It's not like it's been sitting the in the House for over two months.

It appears to me that most of these amendments today were bills that had no chance to go through, so they piggy back onto bills that might have a better chance.
