So the weirdest thing just happened at work....my plastic came in the mail...im very happy but very confused lol. Why would it come to my work address?

Got it in the mail today. 62 days from mailed to receipt. Done Wally walks with previous CHLs in other states. No big deal now.

Citizenship : No documentation required

it has been 100 days since they recieved my packet . I did take the advise and send an email to Rick Perrys office the DPS called back the next day and told me that it was approved and getting manufactured .

Wow, 100 days! that goes well beyond the 60 that they are supposed to be completed in.

they told me it should be mailed this week but still shows manufacturing ?

Manufacturing according to the CHL hotline.
should have it in a week or two.
Am I the only February application remaining?

Can't believe any of you guys are still waiting...that must be excruciating!

They received my packet on 2/25/11 and it recently went to Manufacturing this week after some calls to them. It has been in Manufacturing for 2 days, so how many more days should I expect it if it went on Manufacturing on 5/18/2011?

I believe the consistent response is 1-2 days for manufacturing, once mailed, around 4 days to receive. My guess would be, license in hand next Wednesday!

2/19/2011 - Took CHL class (249/100%)
2/21/2011 - Mailed to DPS
3/10/2011 - Status updated
3/21/2011 - Called and was told my application was given to a technician, due to something on my background check.
4/22/2011 - Received letter asking for district and county clerk records searches in my home town/county.
5/6/2011 - Mailed in certified copies of records searches.
5/16/2011 - Pending Manufacture
5/18/2011 - Manufacturing
5/20/2011 - Mailed - 86 days on the DPS official timeline.

Okay. They received my packet on 2/25 and it appeared as Mailed on 5/18!!!

Still shows manufacturing , its been 10 days already , they said it would take up to 14 days but this is getting worse it has been 112 days
