Good grief these Democrats are dumb. The Supreme Court has actually implied that it's Open Carry that's protected (and not concealed carry).

(Two Ds were arguing the Supreme Court has never ruled that you can't ban Open Carry)

The current amendment requires annual reporting on three areas involving "handgun violence" but doesn't specify that it has to be committed by a CHL.

And we already know that DPS makes a public report every year summarizing crimes committed by CHL holders.
