Thank you all for your prayers, support & especially encouragement. Last yr was tough. I do not hurt as bad right now as I did at the end of day 2weeks ago.
Dr. said since there were no steps to negotiate at church that I could go. No standing, preaching, none of our outreach preaching services at Missions, & other worship services we have. Tonight only if I am not hurting or swelled.
My time at the computer is going to be more limited than I thought.
Foot down makes it swell.

texasdoc I will be in touch this afternoon.

This walker is a wonderful thing in the wide open spaces. It aint worth a rip manuvering in close quarters.
Hey flint I may need some training in cripple CQC.

See yall in print late this evening after exersizes & then Ice pac.

Before church I did run through several clearing, reloading, drills to check my hands. All in good shape so no problems there.
Made the morning fine & got home for lunch, then on ice machine, on to the flex machine, & ready for another trip to church.

Monday my B-day= a bad train wreck.
