Not before the replies but I found the language, surprised that I've missed it before. Has it been revised in the last couple of years? I seem to remember the use of "premise" in PC 30.06 and not "property". I'll have to wait and get home before I can look up what I printed off a couple of years ago before my renewal...
Anyway, that tears it. If the owner is savvy enough to post it on the parking lot then I can't even drive onto the property. One step forward, three back I guess.
