Yup that's what it is all about. I almost never check or fill in the box. I did for my CHL 140 bucks is a lot of money for me. That being said, I don't know why the race thing is necessary... a picture is worth a thousand words. And if someone LOOKS like a white guy, describing them as african american or asian or something doesn't seem bright, or serve any useful purpose.
