Wellllllll it is a given. But that extra rule of the ammo hunt was an amendment to the original bill that was passed. It was attached to article 6 of the original bill.

Glad I decided to sign up and look around or I would never have known about the Wally Walk. Having carried off duty since 1979 I never thought about it after I retired and got a CHL. Now I have been "educated" I guess I could go ahead and do a Wally Walk and get my wife to document it. Afterall, she has been a badge/gun toter for almost 21 years.
