Someone show me where the law requires notice to be posted at every entrance.
Ok, here you go . . . .
(iii) is displayed in a conspicuous manner clearly visible to the public.
Do those words really look the same to you, and do you believe the sentences have the same meaning? They don't. I already said I agree with the general thesis; however, the law does not say it has to be posted at every entrance.
No, those sentances do not mean the same thing.
But a sign is not posted in a conspicuous manner to all individuals if it is only on one side of the building. No warning was given to the CHL'r at that point if they have only entered through that entrance. How can you obey a warning you were never given?
I know you agree with the theory, but even the word of the law is ambiguous at best.

Its been a couple of years since I visited a mall, but I did discover that Town East was not posted and Valley View is. Haven't been back to Valley View since...

Firewheel Town Center in Garland is an open air "mall" and is NOT posted. One jewelry store has an attempt at posting, but is not 30.06 language compliant.

I like Firewheel - my wife and I take our girls up there quite often. I've not checked it for 30.06 as I haven't been there in a few weeks.

I think there is at least one jewlery store with "ghostbuster" type sign. The one jewler that didn't have one (NASR) is getting plenty of my business. (They are actually good, too, not like the regular mall garbage you see)
That's where i got my fianceés ring.
I havn't seen anything else in Firewheel that's either ghostbustered or posted 30.06.

Nasr Jewelry was actually involve in two shooting at another location, so their feelings on personal guns a clear. The other Jewelry store actaully had a LONG paragraph on the door, but not even close to 30.06. But their feelings are clear to me, shop at Nasr!
