LOL
I wouldn't stop shopping at a place with invalid or even stupid unenforceable
parking or firearm or "baby size" signs, but I don't shop anywhere they post
signs saying they don't want my business nor my money, at which they
prohibit my entry under section 30.06 of the Penal Code.

After all, aren't many of them saying that if a sign is close enough they can judge the intent and will arrest and prosecute anyway? They may lose, but the threat of arrest is still there.
"Threat of arrest" is everywhere when people who enforce it don't keep up with the law and any changes to it....
Most do know the law, some don't....
I mean apparently you can be arrested for possessing a red baseball cap, or wearing the wrong color shoes, even if there isn't a law against it if an officer believes it's illegal...I read an account of someone who pulled into a school parking lot at night, due to car trouble, Constable saw him and pulled in and asked for ID, he presented ID, and CHL, was arrested for having a concealed handgun in a school parking lot (which isn't illegal). If I'm not mistaken, he was also TCLEOSE certified at the time, and now has to wait to get a job with the Police Dept until the false arrest is expunged (Judge dismissed it since it isn't illegal obviously, I believe Alice Tripp helped refer him to people who helped him get his gun back)...
