Been over a week on BCG and fingerprints in review
Anyone know if this is a bad thing?
If I am missing something or the fingerprints are not clear or something is basically rejected what does the status become?

I noticed most of the fingerprint approval take about 10 days on avg so I think you'll likely see it update for you early next week. Then it typically seems to take about a week for the background to go green after that (though I noticed a few that took a much shorter amount of time (maybe people that haven't moved much or at all).

Aww gotcha
Yeah I did a lot of moving of the last few years when I was in college. I was worried about that while filling out the application. If they go and try to verify each address it is going to be hard as in school I would stay with different freinds and not on their leases. I would just crash at varius places many times. I always listed my grandparents address though on government docs so I am worried they will not be able to sort out the situation. fingers crossed they dont just send it back.

Nice. I got a minituck already here and a keltec pf9 hard chrome on back order.
Have you tried your supertuck on yet? Is it easy to tuck your shirt in and be unnoticed.
I have a profession where i have to where busniess formal so that is why I got a tuck. Mini seems ok but not too much room for tucking. It can work just not super easy. You have to work at it.

Howdy,
Brand new to the Forum. DPS received my application on 10/12. There had been no activity listed until today! All green with the exception of Background Check - Under Review and CHL - Print pending completion of application review.

I like it. My carry is an XD 9 service. It is pretty easy to tuck but I typically wear closer fitting shirts so I guess I'm going to have to get used to wearing baggier shirts.
I now also appreciate why people like subcompacts. I've been wearing mine around the house to get accustomed to it and it's a little bulky.

are within the 7-10 day window of recieveing your plastic in the

Hey hey...lucky you
lol
I am hoping to see an update soon. I didnt think to check on weekends. I guess with the volume of applicatants they might have to work weekends.
Honestly if waiting is due to more and more citizen tryng to excercise their rights and be safe and have options in bad situations then the wait is more than worth it. I like the idea of my fellow Texans and heck even fellow American citizens arming themselves against criminals.
So with humble patiences I wait for my license and

salute my fellow patriots.
