Especially when the CHL-100 says "PROFICIENCY SCORE:" and "FINAL EXAM SCORE:". And she took them to the range, so they had to know there was a shooting test. I expect that their CHL-100s will be considered invalid and they'll have to get the legitimate training.
BTW, those "scores" are only reported as "PASS" or "FAIL"

One will never know…at least not until it's too late! I'm sure DPS had an undercover officer in this case just to solidify charges and increase the chances of obtaining a conviction.

I once had a close friend of mine ask me to just fill out the paperwork for him because he was busy with work and family. My answer was simply no. Don't do it...not only have we seen here the amount of trouble you will be in, but it's a disservice to you someone you care about.

I would not be surprised if the DPS does interviews with this womans past students to see if any more of this dishonesty and fraud exists.
Another irony in this is she was using the anti gun outfit,Paypal, to take the money from said students.
I dont do the Paypal thing myself and here's hoping they truely make an example of this woman which I truely believe the state will.
I will follow this storys future with great interest.

Me and My wife signed up for her class on the 29th.. This weekend. She stated she would announce the location of the class a week prior. It is Wednesday and we have heard nothing. My wife email asking her about the location and time. She responded 8-6 with no location.

Who do we contact if she bails on us for the class? We will definately file for theft of service if we do not receive a refund.

The really bad thing is we got three of our friends to sign up for the class with us. One of them is very concerned that they going to loose out on $400.

I don't think the class or tests are necessary at all. But, if that is the law it has to be followed.
