I only suggested those because they are fruits. So, if your HOA says no vegetables then these should be okay. I'm sure they wouldn't be too happy about it and might go ahead and add fruits to their list.

The bill of rights doesn't include gardening, so this law isn't any worse than 99% of gun laws.
