If I was an Officer at your window, all those appear to be "in plain view" to me,(except inside of a console)in violation of the MPA Ch 46 Penal code
This is a convenient seatbelt holster automobile carry not in plain view (I also carry it to church hand carried and to WalMart/Stores/fairs/festivals worn on the Belt) I use it for my Taurus PT 92 with laser and spare mags
