...yep...that's the complimentary useage...I researched lightly and found the "stupid" connotation came to us from an Elmer Fudd cartoon...the language is like a kaleidoscope...

I don't understand how stupidity like this can exist. I am shocked this happened and want to know what the man was thinking when he played a prank this dumb.

...they do have a lotta time on their hands in a firestation, but that's why they make books...or Gameboys...or whatever they call them today...
