I think half the trick will be knowing which bits are there to make it work, and which bits are just for improving performance.

C'mon, what is that supposed to mean? Maybe the drone is in perfect condition and it has a world-ending superweapon on board and the Iranians will have 10 thousand of them tomorrow...ANYTHING is possible...I'm not saying those people aren't dangerous, I'm only pointing out that it takes more than talking some trash to the news media to make a thing happen. Half of war is propaganda.
