I doubt they will ever sell more booze than coffee.snatchel wrote:I support them in their effort to respect our 2nd Amendment rights... but their choice to serve alcohol too worries me. If they do start serving locally, I wonder if next we see some blue 51% signs.. and eventuallly red 51% signs?
I wouldn't put it past some college students...74novaman wrote:I doubt they will ever sell more booze than coffee.snatchel wrote:I support them in their effort to respect our 2nd Amendment rights... but their choice to serve alcohol too worries me. If the price of their coffee is an indicator of the costs of any alcohol they may sell. It would be very expensive for college students.nakedbike wrote:I wouldn't put it past some college students...74novaman wrote:I doubt they will ever sell more booze than coffee.snatchel wrote:I support them in their effort to respect our 2nd Amendment rights... but their choice to serve alcohol too worries me. Their coffee is a bit pricey and I don't like coffee all that much so I'll be getting some tea.Liberty wrote:Reading this thread, I'm beginning to believe that I'm the only one that doesn't pay $5.00 for coffee not even at Starbucks. I don't believe the stuff the sell for $5.00 can honestly be called coffee.
Many college students are not aware of how much they spend on things like coffee, nights out, fast food etc. I don't think they would bat an eye at paying $5-7 for a drink at Starbucks, that would be normal-ish per drink at any other venue.i8godzilla wrote: If the price of their coffee is an indicator of the costs of any alcohol they may sell. I am very confused by this post. I do know that, several years ago, there was one Starbucks in DFW that had a liquor license and stayed open later. Sort of an experiment. They made fancy Irish coffee and such things. But it didn't last.snatchel wrote:I support them in their effort to respect our 2nd Amendment rights... but their choice to serve alcohol too worries me.
