It's easier to turn a ship with the rudder than a tugboat.
The political process is motivated, directed and driven by many things but what is "right" has to be WAY down on the list. We are fools if we don't take that into consideration. Anyone that thinks the Texas legislature is going to sit by and let this end run around Texas law continue needs to think again. We should do everything we can to maintain good relations with the legislature and effect the process from within.

We are talking about the firebrands threatening to deny Texans the same reciprocity as Virginians?
Not to mention giving New Yorkers with a VA license reciprocity but denying Texans the same.
