This made me think of how I met my wife. I gave her a ride to Austin in college on the sole basis that she was to 'split gas costs' with me. She had other intentions though. And FWIW, I never got that gas money. I did get her as my bride though. :)

So essentially, y'all planned on going dutch and you ended up paying. With gas prices rising every day, I think it's time you tell her to pony up on that gas money! And yes, you can come stay with us for a while... :lol:

Ha! Good point! Let's see, that was 1990 gas prices, so she owes me about $20!
Also, after I bring this up, I may end up staying with you for a while... alone. Know a good divorce lawyer? :lol:
