All those other "or you coulds" just complicate a simple procedure and open you up to a bigger risk of liability. Just bag it in the toilet stall and be done with it. Reverse the procedure on leaving.
I really don't see why this has to be so complicated.

Yep, this ranks up there with the,
'how do I go to the bathroom' quandary that resurfaces on a regular basis. {no pun intended}

Covering the weapon without exposing it and moving it from concealment into a locker is one option, but that isn't what you asked.

It wasn't his original question, but it was his follow up question:

So now I guess my question is.....doing my best to hide it.....what if someone still manages to catch a glimpse? Obviously, that is not intentional.

And yeah, I'd just leave it in the car or one of the 14 other less problematic options, myself.

Moderators......did you remove my posts? If so, why do you allow the responses that do nothing but mock and belittle the original question and delete my rebuke to them? Just curious. And do you think allowing those who belittle and mock good questions is productive here and encourages others to ask questions?

As someone without a dog in the fight, let me ask, are you familiar with forum rule number two?

Allowing people to post comments that mock and belittle a legitimate question. Great Policy. That will really encourage people to participate.

I did not see any post where you were "mocked or belittled". Your question was answered in multiple ways. You were the one who took offense and made the personal attack. Name calling is not allowed. Period.
