From what I heard on the radio, they were illegally in the polling place.
Of course they were. Only a blatant, outright racist, honky would have ever suspected them of wrongdoing or questioned their motives.

I am so sick of this socially acccepted, reverse racism that I think I'm gonna' go outside and puke on a gopher mound. I wish it was Wednesday already.
Are you calling me an outright racist, a honky or a blatant? :headscratch

Reverse racism is still racism, and I explain it every chance I get when I see it. Reverse racism, just like racism, is no good for either race.

I wonder what the voters were doing through all this. Rose Cochran certainly isn't making any friends and I suspect if she has a facebook page, its probably full with comments about her bad decision. If I saw someone moving people to the head of the line, I would have said something especially if the person doing the moving was wearing a NAACP t-shirt.

What exactly is "reverse racism"? Isn't it all just racism?

Basically yes, as I've stated.
Reverse racism is sometimes also called "affirmative action".
Or voting for someone because his race is considered a minority. There is a lot of that going on, and people have flat out told me that's why they chose who they are voting for.

Basically, skin color should never be brought up unless it's to give a description for identification purposes. Otherwise, why does it matter? MLK dreamed that people should "not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character."

My point exactly, Thomas. Why is so called reverse racism acceptable while, for lack of another term, forward racism is not, huh?

No question concerning illegality of it...they were wearing Obama shirts and hats and discussing the election with people waiting to vote...it is a violation of Federal law to campaign within 300 feet of a polling place, and even if they weren't campaigning, they have absolutley NO authority to intervene and move people (disabled or not) up in line to vote. It doesn't have to be a fear and/or intimidation situation...just their presence there is against the law.

I think you give the libs a tiny victory every time you cooperate with their attempts to control the language. "Reverse" racism suggests that racism has a direction...that it's essentially a one-way proposition. Calling racism "reverse racism" therefore is sort of a concession that racism is predominately "white" racism because you have to use a special term to describe racism by other groups. One thing about racism: it has no color --discrimination on the basis of race is racism no matter what race is discriminating against what other race.
