Not really. He mentioned the other two checks, asked me which model I ordered, when I sent the check (Feb 23) and said he remembered a couple of messages I sent (I assume the original order and my update that payment was sent. He has my email of course, but I gave him my cell number also. No response.

In any event, this has reached another milestone. Rule 13 says, "To avoid "for sale' threads from becoming stale, all threads will be locked and moved to the Closed section one month after the first post."

Apparently he wasn't really selling anything

I presume that I am the person from Spring he referred to. No blue M&Ps and I don't think the check has been cashed. I just don't know...

Given the number of my emails, the phone call I made and others who have communicated with no response it's apparent to me HLS has no intention of fulfilling any of the transactions he solicited here. Time to tell the fat lady to sing!
