Yeah thanks for the advice. I have a tendency to read to far into things from time to time. I was just hoping for no hiccups or hold-ups. I have waited a long time to get my CHL and put alot of effort into turning my life around. But ultimatl i guess i should look at it like i have waited this long whats an addition 2-3 months.

EXACTLY, and that is why you don't want to overthink this. Just disclose, send them the information and you will have your plastic in no time!

Thanks Marshall. I got my fingers crossed that is how it works out. I am sure it will. Just frustrating cause when you call the DPS and FINALLY get to speak to a person they do not deviate very much from the "script" so it really makes you leave with the same or even less than what you knew before talking to them.
