It's interesting countries close their borders AFTER an attack.

Interesting how a country turns to God in prayer AFTER an attack.

What happened to being proactive?

That's just political theater. They'll open them right back up again. It's not like this wasn't easily predictable. In fact, people have been saying for some time now that with millions of Muslims pouring into Europe, many hundreds of thousands of which are young fighting age males with no established identities, attacks like this were coming and would be widespread.

It's standard military doctrine that in a mass refugee invasion you can expect 10% of the invaders to be enemy infiltrators. It's absolutely impossible that the "leadership" in Europe doesn't know this so attacks like these have been deliberately invited --whether simply out of the suicidal insanity of multiculturalism as a religion or something more nefarious.

And right after the attack in Paris our treasonous rat of a President says he wants to admit more potential terrorists to the US.

The only countries in Europe that apparently don't have "leaders" that are either treasonous or insane are some of the former Eastern bloc countries like Hungary.

Several countries in Europe, Slovenia for example are actually sealing the borders as we speak by using razorwire made in Russia because European companies refuse to sell it because the fence is going to be used against humans.
