Interesting how Government Employees are so efficient, when you don't want or need them to be.

Quite a few stories recently in the City of Houston about stray dogs hunting in packs and causing all sorts of problems.

I will say it was nice she did not put them in her truck and take them away, that is where I figured this headline was going.

Good question. In my fair city I complained about a code enforcement "officer" violating "No Trespass" sign to go behind some structures and who left a sticker and the litter from the sticker and was told they are "quasi-law enforcement". I guess it was "quasi-trespass"

My neighbor's mother in law got a warning from our local police department in their front yard. My neighbor also happened to be the mayor of the suburb, so at least they weren't playing favorites?

For every dog bite I can show you an owner who said their dog was under control or didn't bite.
