That could open up all sorts of issues, depending on what he does at his home...

To me that means to make myself comfortable. However, I'm still not going to go over to the fridge and drink straight out of the milk jug. I still won't put my feet up on the coffee table. And I sure won't be doing anything illegal just because you said, "Make yourself at home."
It's still not my home.
