ICE now has a detainer on him. Came to US in 2006 as a refugee.

Had a commercial license despite drunk driving arrest and refusal to take a breathalyzer test.
Apparently a long record of drunk driving.
Rolled over a truck in Texas not long ago.
Motorcycle group was attending a charity function for a veteran group.

I am not surprised. The guy should not have even had a license. Now there are innocent people dead because of him. Lock him up and lose the keys.

That's a terrible situation, that's why when I purchased my Harley Breakout I had them install shorty pipes with no baffles. The guy said well your warranty will be voided told him so what its about saftey on the road. While riding you can hear me coming from behind at least 50yds away, so no excuses. LOUD pipes save lives!
