Many thanks to Rick Perry for that disclosure. I voted for Perot mainly because he vowed to drastically reduce the size of the federal government. I still think it is sorely needed. There exists no incentive for the size to shrink on its own. The incentives are for it to expand, and expand it does. Can you imagine, 26,000 people work in the Pentagon building alone? The government desperately needs a hatchet man.
