06/17/13 Online Application and fee completed
06/19/13 FAST Fingerprints done
06/23/13 CHL 10 hours class DONE.
06/23/13 Require documents scanned and submitted ONLINE
06/24/13 Email received from DPS confirming docs.

Yes, multiple times over the last 2 weeks. Apparently there was an issue on their end with my fingerprints but they have acted like it's not a big deal and say it should update any day now. Very frustrating.

Me. App receipt delivery confirmed 4/23. In BG Under Review for four weeks, called several times. Only response is "app is OK, still processing". Glad to know I'm not alone, but very frustrating.

Even more frustrating, I have to leave the country for six weeks on business. Hopefully my plastic will be waiting for me when I return.

Hang in there. Mine took a while too.

4/15 Online app complete
5/3 All documents mailed (didn't know you could submit them online)
7/10 Status finally changed to "Concealed Handgun License : Manufacturing Pending"

FINALLY!!!!! Now just have to wait for the Government speedy printing and shipping department to finish the job. Then...the US Postal Service. I hope to have it no later than next week.

!! Plastic arrived Monday. 77 days mailbox to mailbox.

Of course, I happen to be in China on business until August <sigh>

Status says....MAILED!!!!
Day 69 says mailed. I hope to have it by Saturday. That is if the USPS can get it here in two days.
