I find it very interesting so many seem to be surprised foreign governments have an interest in our elections and try to influence them. The USA has done that in foreign countries for a very long time, even to the point of supporting overthrowing the goveremts in place.

What am I missing that makes this so suprising and egregious?

Al Franken calls Trumps Pocahontas remark racist.

Pocahontas is a well thought of native American princess. Hardly a derogatory racist term, unless maybe you pretended to be native American to get a professorship at a Harvard University and now along with Al want to be the next President.

Saturday Night Live lampoons Trump, Sean Spicer, Kellyanne Conway and Jeff Sessions last night. Review seems to think they are at the end of their rope. I haven't watched now for two weeks. Bashing Trump over and over is not funny or original. Did you notice there were very few Obama segments over the last 8 years. I guess he was not comedy material.

Instead, last night I watched the Accountant again. Thoroughly enjoyed it, again.

Here is the link to grab your wallet spread sheet of Companies that the anti Trump movement is suggesting to boycott

https://grabyourwallet.org/

So you may want to consider shopping here.

I was boycotting Macy's because they dropped the Donald Trump line before the election. But this list has them on the Anti Trump boycott list because they still carry daughter Trump's fashions. So I am really confused.

They also have a list of Companies the Anti Trump crowd should shop at, however I think it is only that they are Trump free, not that they have made any anti Trump comments.

So I am confused as to who to support and who to boycott with my business.

Trudeau visits Trump today. Canada supports the Keystone pipeline. Near as I can tell that will be the only thing they agree on. It was the only thing Obama and Trudeau disagreed on.

Good for her! Talk about walking into the lion's den. Incidentally, her EP is only $5 on itunes, if you want to support her.

I love the comments. They said she is just doing it for attention.... :confused5 Isn't that what all of the celebs did when they bashed Trump? How many of them have viable careers? I'm glad the left is so tolerant right? :biggrinjester:

Developing: just announced on Fox News; no details or links yet.

One or more of the 29 justices sitting on the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals recommended late Friday that the recent ruling by three of the justices upholding the Washington State suit against the POTUS travel restrictions should be heard--for the sake of thoroughness--en banc by 11 of the 9th's justices. the White House this afternoon said that it will provide a brief for that purpose.

Important to note: the White House did not initiate this en banc hearing. It has merely agreed to provide a brief of its position.

If he thinks the term is racist, I wonder what he thinks about someone who pretends to be a given race to fraudulently obtain benefits. He must think they are the scum of the earth.

Oh wait, I forget that conditional ethics are at play here.
