The money quote:
If you watched those videos and still feel that it’s always wrong to shoot an unarmed person, or that George Zimmerman, moron though he may be, could not possibly have been justified in shooting Trayvon Martin, I have a request for you. Put down your latte, step out of your insulated little academic/theoretical cocoon, walk into the real world and start a fight with the first street thug you see. After you awaken from your brutal beating, if you still believe deadly force against an unarmed person is never justified, then by all means don’t carry a gun.

There's a lot of fools in the world, many of whom think a punch isn't deadly. One can only pray that they (or their family if they die) won't have to find out differently some day.

I would bet most of the people who don't think a punch can be deadly have watched way too much TV. :tiphat:

:iagree:
The last fist fight I got into was 10th grade. I've never seen hands move that fast. That's when I decided I needed to learn and practice deescalation skills.

Does he carry?, .....and I carry.

Back to GZ saga,

The new girlfriend, now ex-girlfriend, had calculated that GZ would write a book, get a movie deal and become a multi-millionaire in a blink of an eye. GZ, however, was only interested in dispensing his DNA's energy and finding a cheapo shelter.

GZ should work with his bro to get a book deal, then a movie deal, then retire on island in nowhere.

If I took a broom to the garage I could probably sweep under the shelves and come up with that many rounds.

They would say you are bad evil people with too many guns. If you want to make them feel better, you can offload some of the excess beyond your allotment to me.

I'll bet Trayvon Martin didn't know who Beethoven and Dvorak were.
