I like Philips' effort to make sure the members are clear on what is up. I wish more of them would do that.

I can't wait to see the record vote on the resolution for an out of bounds. I'm pretty sure Stickland voted against it, especially in light of his abandoned attempt to call a point-of-order.

The House votes 102-43 to adopt the conference committee report on HB 910, which allows licensed open carry in Texas. #txlege
